The organization is dedicated to providing free treatment to children with congenital heart defects and has treated over 100 children thus far.

When Salman was shooting in Pahalgam, 75-year-old lady, Zaina Begum, approached Salman with an 'application' for help. When Salman took notice of the situation, he put her eldest grandson, 18-year-old Gowhar Ahmad Bhat to work on the sets and even assured him that he would be flown to Mumbai and work with his crew. A witness quoted that “Salman assured him that he and his family would never want for anything again”.

After learning the fact that the villages didn’t have tankers to store water, Salman sent 2,500 water tankers with a storage capacity of 2,000 litre each to the draught-affected districts. The same day he adopted around 200 villages.
